Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Mon-Friday Only. Most orders ship either same business day or next business day.
60 Day money back guarantee (minus return shipping costs)
We will even reimburse you for initial UPS ground shipping costs.
60 days from the date you receive your product to the date you ship it back for a return. You may evaluate it in your home for 60 days. If you decide you do not like it return it! We are that confident you will enjoy it.
In the event of a return we will issue a refund after package is received. We ask that you return it in it's original packaging.
We will not accept returns on glassware unless they are received damaged.
Any returns must be authorized first however.
If any reason you are not happy with your wine enhancer, please email us for support first.

or phone 508-428-1127 to arrange for a return.
Refunds will not be accepted if the product shows signs of negligence or severe damage. All wine glassware sales are final unless damaged upon receipt.
