Q: Can I enhance a glass of wine on the larger wine enhancer?
A: yes, pour the glass worth of wine into a stem-less (flat bottom) glass to enhance then pour it into your desired wine glass. You can only use a mini enhancer on a stem glass.
Q: Can I enhance white wines with the Wine Enhancers?
A: Yes, we are finding that the flavor brightens in white wines and many people with educated palettes find that the sulfur smells in some white wines diminished. Enhancing time is less then reds; See timing chart on instructions. We have had excellent results bringing back old white wine to that fresh opened taste.. Keep in mind a corked bottle will not be fixed, and bottles older then 7-10 days opened are hit or miss on the recovery. Although we brought bottles back from 3 weeks old to tasting very good.
